By downloading or using 404.FM ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app. 404.FM is a free internet radio player that lets you tune in to publicly available radio stations from around the world.

License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use 404.FM on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Using the app

404.FM is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app or the services it connects to.

Third-party content

The app streams audio from independent radio stations and uses public radio directory data. We do not own, produce, host, or control this content, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, legality, or quality of any station or stream. Stations may change, pause, or go offline at any time without notice. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular station will be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 404.FM and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any content accessed through it.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Intellectual property

404.FM, its name, logo, and all related marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use them beyond what is strictly necessary to use the app as intended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If you have a dispute you cannot resolve informally, please contact us first at hello@404fm.com — we'd rather sort things out directly.
